What do I need to do?
Read the handbook thoroughly.
Request an application form or print out the form on the web site.
Fill out the application form completely. Missing information will delay processing.
Attach the 2 to 3 page life sketch to the application.
Include the $50.00 application fee. Without this fee the application cannot be processed.
Contact colleges/universities for official transcripts to be sent directly to MTCM.
When do I apply?
Prospective students should apply as early as possible.
Students wishing to enroll for the academic year are requested to do so prior to June 1 to ensure placement availability and proper processing of their application.
Applications submitted after June 1 may be accepted based on availability. Late applications will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Then What Happens?
When the application form is received, including life sketch and $50.00 deposit, reference forms are sent to the references listed on the application form.
Once all documentation is received from colleges/universities and references, the prospective student will be contacted to set up an interview with the Director of Training.
The candidate is then considered for admission to the program.
If the candidate is accepted into the program an acceptance letter and contract will be sent to the candidate.
If the candidate wishes to accept enrollment, the candidate has 10 days to return the signed contract and the $500.00 deposit to hold a space in the class. The student is then considered enrolled. This $500.00 deposit will be applied to the second half of tuition due January 1 of the enrolled year.
