	TUITION AND OTHER CHARGES FOR THE 2008-2009 ACADEMIC YEAR: Application Fee: $50 non-refundable, accompanies application Tuition: $8,900 $4,500 due before August 1, 2008 $4,500 due before January 1, 2009 Tuition Deposit: $500 non-refundable; due within 10 days of acceptance to course. Credited toward second half tuition. All delinquent payments incur a 1% monthly finance charge. Tuition must be paid in full, or prior agreement made with the MTCM, before being allowed to sit for examinations or receive a diploma. REFUND POLICY: Because of the costs incurred by the MTCM to prepare and staff the course, tuition refunds are given only upon the following schedule: Before September 10, 2008: 25% of tuition and fees paid will be refunded. Before September 25, 2008: 10% of tuition and fees paid will be refunded. After September 26, 2008: no refunds granted. Paid tuition may be transferred to another school term only upon prior approval of the MTCM Board of Trustees. OTHER EXPENSES: Students should budget approximately $600 for course related expenses such as books, binders, paper, photographs for material illustrations, etc.
